Summary

At Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca, patients with prostate cancer are reviewed every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on their severity. A haematuria that does not resolve at home often ends up in the emergency department, or even in a hospital admission. LOLA follows patients between consultations: it detects warning signs and confirms that the patient attended their appointment and that their lab test was requested.-

LOLA is a very important addition to our healthcare activities. Thanks to it, we have been able to detect complications early and avoid unnecessary visits to the emergency room. It also allows us to follow-up patients more efficiently and keep them under better control.
