Who sends these messages
These terms apply to SMS text messages sent by Tucuvi Health, Inc. to mobile numbers in the United States. Tucuvi Health, Inc. may also be known to you as Tucuvi, LOLA, or LOLA by Tucuvi. LOLA is the name of the AI clinical assistant that sends these messages and places the related phone calls. Tucuvi Health, Inc. is registered at 80 Broad Street, Suite 2103, New York, NY 10004, United States, and its parent company is Tucuvi Care, S.L. (Madrid, Spain).
Messages are always sent on behalf of the healthcare provider, hospital or pharmacy that is treating you. That provider is identified in every message you receive, so you can always see who the message comes from.
Messaging programs
Prescription refill reminders: a text message letting you know that LOLA will call you shortly to confirm and arrange your prescription refill, sent on behalf of your pharmacy.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you are enrolled
Consent to receive text messages is collected by your healthcare provider, hospital or pharmacy at the time of registration, intake, enrolment in a care program, or when you request a service such as a prescription refill. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted electronically, you agree to receive text messages from Tucuvi Health, Inc. on behalf of that provider. Receiving these messages is never a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the program and on your care plan. For prescription refill reminders you will normally receive one message before each scheduled refill call.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Tucuvi Health, Inc. does not charge you for these messages.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

This program is available to recipients whose mobile numbers are served by participating United States carriers, and is intended for patients aged 18 or over, or for the legal representative of a patient.
Also, to access some of the services offered by Tucuvi Care, S.L. through the website, you must provide some personal data. In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that, by completing these forms, your personal data will be included and processed in the files of Tucuvi Care, S.L. in order to provide and offer you our services as well as to inform you of improvements to the website.
