TUCUVI is an artificial intelligence tool based on voice technology, which may collect the following personal data:

  • Identifying personal data. For example: the patient’s name and surname, contact telephone numbers, the patient’s contact numbers, patients’ home addresses and dates of birth.
  • Personal health data. For example: illnesses, other health data of the patients, mood, social circumstances patients, state of mind, social circumstances.
  • We also process the personal data of our customers in the course of our activities,
    suppliers and employees and contacts:
  • Personal identification data
  • Professional personal data
  • Personal data for business transactions (current account, etc.)

For what purposes will we process your personal data?

TUCUVI processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide continuous in-home monitoring of elderly and chronically ill patients by means of automatic and personalised telephone calls made by our virtual agent. This activity is provided by those entities (hospitals, nursing homes, care services) that contract our services. We process this data as “data processors”.
  • We process the data of our customers and suppliers for the purpose of managing the business relationship with us.
  • We process contact data in order to establish communication with those requesting information.

If you send us a CV we will process the data for the purpose of including you in a possible personnel selection.
We may also use the data of our clients to send them commercial communications by electronic and contact commercial communications by electronic means and contacts as long as they have authorised us to send them.  You can always object to receiving them.

How long do we keep the personal data we process?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the service is provided and/or the commercial and/or professional relationship with us is maintained. In the event of termination of our service, such personal data will be blocked for the fulfillment of our legal obligations. Once this period has expired, they will be destroyed.
If you send us a CV, we will not keep it for more than one year.

What is the legitimacy for us to process your personal data?
In general terms, consent is requested to provide the service as it is a direct service. However, we usually provide the service through our clients, who will be responsible for collecting your

The data we collect will not be communicated to third parties except for the fulfillment of the contract with our customers, suppliers and employees and for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
We work with technology providers who may be outside the European Union but we have ensured that they comply with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR for international transfers (standard contractual clauses, among others) and we state this in our contracts.

TUCUVI adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to:

The user of this website may, at any time, revoke their consent when the processing is based on the same and may exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability of data. You may also contact our Data Protection Officer.

Principle of accuracy of the personal data processed:
The user declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct, and undertakes to keep them up to date, and that he/she will undertakes to keep them up to date, communicating any changes to TUCUVI.
In the event that you do not provide us with your details or provide them incorrectly or incompletely, we will not be able to deal with your request, and it will be completely impossible to provide you with the information requested or to carry out the contracting of services.
