Yes. Tucuvi follows HIPAA policies and procedures end-to-end; PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, with audit logs and BAAs available before any live data is processed.

What EHRs does LOLA integrate with?+

Native integration with major EHRs via FHIR, including Epic, Cerner / Oracle Health, and Athena. Custom integrations for in-house EHRs via our connector framework, typically live within the same 6-week window. No EHR integration required to get started: you can run LOLA fully on the Tucuvi platform and connect to your EHR later.

How long does deployment actually take?+

Median time from signed contract to first live patient call: 6 weeks. The clinical workflow review and FHIR connection are the long poles, both run in parallel.

What does pricing look like?+

Yes. LOLA supports SMS and text outreach alongside voice, useful for reminders, confirmations, structured intake, and light data capture. Voice and text can be combined in the same workflow.

Yes. LOLA is in production today in multiple languages. English and Spanish are supported by default. Additional languages on request, typically 3-4 weeks to clinical-grade quality.

Do you integrate with call centers?+

Yes. LOLA also automates call center operations beyond clinical workflows: scheduling, intake, reminders, and inbound triage. We integrate with major telephony systems (Twilio, Genesys and others) so you can route inbound and outbound calls through your existing stack.

What happens to escalations & clinical alerts?+
